Pack contains two batteries to fit inside the battery pack, remove from Hoist, undo the six screws and you can then replace the batteries inside.
Remember to charge your new rechargeable Handicare Carina 350 350EE, 350EM Replacement Battery pack before first use and try to keep it topped up. The most damage to sealed lead-acid batteries is done when they are allowed to get flat. It is far better to charge them after use than when they have been allowed to become flat.

The battery fitting is not difficult, but we understand that not everyone is comfortable doing such a job and might not even have the tools to handle it or have mobility issues.

If selected, we will email you the address to send your box to, along with packing and further instructions. Upon receipt of your parcel, we will then inspect & fit the new batteries for you and check that they output the correct voltage. If you want us to check your charger, too, at the same time, then we can at no extra fee. These are normally turned around the same working day, depending on what time it turns up.
