If you turn your battery pack upside down you will see the screws holding the lid on undo these and lift the lid off to replace the two batteries inside, most just have terminals, some though are soldered, if you do not have a iron then just cut off and replace with terminals, can be purchase at any car spares shop for pennies, far better to replace the batteries than buy another lawnmower
