These batteries are absorbed glass mat (AGM) and valve regulated lead acid (VRLA) which make them non-hazardous, maintenance free, safe to be mounted on their side and will no spill any liquid.
The standard batteries for this chair are the M34-SLD-G or the upgraded M24-SLD-G, both of which we can supply and can be selected on the easy upgrade section or the alternatives tab. The battery this page is offering is the cheaper 55Ah AGM version.
A little advice regarding charging would be to fully charge upon delivery and charge after every use and if not used for long periods of time then a top up charge every month will help. Never leave on charge for more than 24-hours unless you have a specialist charger.
