Changing the batteries in this mobile hoist should be fairly simple, put the battery pack on a table and undo the handful of screws revealing a pack of two batteries with cables attached inside, take the cables off and swap the batteries over with the new ones then put it all back together, will not take more than ten minutes.
You should charge the new fitted batteries fully before use and after every use, also never leave in a discharged state and charge every month if not in use.
