The Rascal-Vista by Electric-Mobility is a pavement scooter in the mid-size range. It dismantles into a few easy-to-lift sections for transport in your car thanks to the quick release feature. The compact and slim-line design provides plenty of legroom while remaining extremely lightweight. It includes appealing features like easy access tiller charging and a delta handlebar as standard, and the all-around suspension adds comfort. The split battery pack is also useful when disassembling. It has front and rear LED lights to increase visibility, giving you confidence and support wherever you go. Solid puncture proof or pneumatic tyres are also available. It is strong and maneuverable, making it ideal for everyday use.

Rascal Vista battery Maintenance tips
The upkeep of your new batteries is quite simple, but depending on who you ask, you may receive a different answer. Following these few simple guidelines will help ensure that your new batteries provide the service you expect. To begin, you must charge the batteries until they are fully charged upon delivery and before the first use. Because our batteries will be dispatched with a near-full charge, this could take as little as ten minutes or as long as an hour. Second, and most importantly, charge after each use and never leave discharged; this is where the most damage is frequently done. Finally, if the mobility scooter will not be used for four weeks or so you must top up with a charge to slow down the natural discharge process all rechargeable batteries have.
Technical Specification sheet and installation
Installing these batteries is not a difficult task. The batteries are housed in the two separate cases that are found underneath your seat. To open these up so you can change the batteries over you need to undo the handful of screws that can be found on the underside. There will be two wires to the battery, take these off, put the new battery on and the wires go back on, simple as that. If you are unable to do this please seek advice from a professional. Rascal Vista or DX
The DX version of this mobility scooter is very similar but does have a few obvious upgrades. When your new batteries have come to the end of their working life then please make sure that they are directed to a recycling center. They are mainly made of lead so are perfect to be recycled and formed into another useful product maintaining our planet's resources.
