Hilta is a manufacturer of a range of different garage equipment including pumps, pressure washers, hand tools and most notably, power packs and jump starter machines. The Hilta-9250 (HILT9290) or SIP-3000 is a 12v or 24v professional metal cased power pack that is often found in the car and commercial retailers, fleet operators and service engineering environments. According to Hilta it is able to jump start up to 5.5-litre truck engines and can output 3000/1500A. Installation of Hilta-9250, HILT9290 SIP-3000 battery
Once you have received your new batteries installing them into the jump pack should be fairly simple. More information may be in your manual but it should only require a screwdriver and some of your time. Once it's open you will see a pair of batteries and they are the exact same physical size as these replacements so just swap them over ensuring that all the wires go back in the same place. Battery Maintenance
It should probably go without saying but a fully charged battery is a healthy battery. When the time comes that you have to use this machine it is vital that once it’s finished its job it goes back onto charge until full before you use it again. Do not leave it on charge for more than required and never for more than 24 hours. A battery like this will keep its close to full charge for a good five weeks once fully charged so if it will go without use longer than that then a top-up charge is necessary. You should also charge until full upon receipt before using it for the first time.
