The jump starters manufactured by Sealey are all very high quality but vary in one way or another, perhaps higher power output, twelve volt or twenty four capacity. One may be compact, the other will be large and rolled around on wheels in a garage. Perhaps one has a usb slot, the other a built in air compressor. Some jump starters require a lithium battery while others require a sealed lead. The RS103B is a high output that delivers up to 2700 peak amps of initial starting power but in order to do this, it needs some high quality sealed lead AGM batteries in there. That is exactly what we are offering here. A pair of sealed, non hazardous, rechargeable, high quality, compatible AGM 18ah batteries. The originals that would have come with the jump starter would have been 19ah we are also able to offer upgrade which is available above. Physical size and terminals are the same so no need to worry about installation, with a screwdriver and some patience it’s easy to do yourself.
It's crucial to take care of your new batteries, even if they are classed as maintenance free. All AGM batteries require maintenance for the duration of their lifespan, especially in a jump starter as when it does its job you are asking a lot from it. Before using them for the first time, make sure they are completely charged when they arrive. After use and before storing until next time, they need to be fully charged, never put a battery away discharged. Recharge if five weeks go by without use but not for longer than need be and try not to store on a cold floor.
