The four batteries contained in this et are sealed lead AGM and VRLA. They will not spill and require no maintenance, except of course, charging.

These batteries have the screw or bolt-down terminals often seen on far east imports. In some fitments, they could be changed for conventional push-fit terminals. Some pointers would be in the alternatives tab.

If you want to get a long life of your batteries, then they must be looked after properly. Please ensure that you charge them when delivered and first use. They really should be recharged after every use, do not let them sit in a semi or fully-discharged state for any longer than absolutely necessary. The more energy you can leave in the cells at the end of a day's use, the longer they will last overall. If they are not used for long periods, recharge every six weeks. It will take up to ten uses and related full charges before they can maintain a full capacity charge. This is quite normal and part of the conditioning process that all rechargeable batteries endure.

The voltage of each battery is 12v. There are four batteries in this pack and normally combine to output 48v depending on how they will be fitted.
