The Ritelite K9 Portable worklight stands as a durable and dependable rechargeable 30 LED light suitable for a diverse range of uses. It finds application in various fields such as construction, emergency services, rail networks, and virtually any setting necessitating portable battery-powered illumination. It will even be found in residential areas. This versatile tool functions as a directional area floodlight, a long-distance spotlight, a site work light, and even serves as a handheld torch, making it adaptable to multiple scenarios. In order for the light to actually work, it obviously requires a power source and the Ritelite K9 offers a few different versions, what we are selling here is the sealed lead AGM version.

Given the nature of where this work light is used, it’s safe to assume that it could be used every night for a period, or it could be used once a month or even less. Regardless, the maintenance of them stays the same. Rule number one, After every use, put it on charge and do not use it again until it is fully charged. This shouldn’t take more than a few hours. Rule number two, If the battery isn’t going to be used for six weeks then a top-up charge is required to stop the natural self-discharge all batteries have.

The AGM batteries for sale here and in the Ritelite K9 work light exhibit exceptional quality and contain a substantial amount of lead, contributing to their overall weight. When a battery reaches the conclusion of its functional lifespan, it is advisable to send it to a recycling centre. There, it will undergo proper processing and could potentially be repurposed into a fresh battery.

There are a few different versions of the Ritelite K9 worklight so please check you are ordering the correct battery for your machine. This is the standard SLA or sealed lead acid battery which you must re-use your old wires for. There are also lithium versions that we are unable to supply a replacement battery for at this time.
