This is a highly transportable power chair, the standard battery pack is for a pair of 12v 12ah batteries we can offer a few upgrades, 14ah for example which will allow more miles per charge. when the chair was purchased larger 17ah ones could have been specified. this is a different physical size pack so if you are in doubt you should measure the batteries inside the pack you already have. the measurements of this one will be below, as will link to the 18Ah versions and any expanded packs we can offer.

The trick to keeping a good battery life is to keep it charged, charge fully before first use, you will notice that will take a couple of charges and respective uses before the battery will be capable of receiving a full capacity charge, this is normal. Thereafter we would suggest that you charge as soon as you can after each use, its far better to do this than to allow it to sit in a discharged state for any period of time and if not being used for extended periods then top up the charge every eight weeks.
