Used to replace in a mobility scooter, did not know the case had these inside, quite easy fit although one of the screws was hard to get at as i only had a short screwdriver, borrowed one though and worked fine, its like a new machine now, I do not think I appreciated how bad the other batteries were

Excellent service, starting with helping to identify the right batteries n the phone,, and ending with a prompt delivery using a carrier giving a 1 hour delivery time slot.

My whole experience with Battery Trader had been excellent. Never having worked on mobility scooters before they were obviously very knowledgeable and straightforward on dealing with me. Battery Trader explained that the two 12v 18aH batteries had gone past recovery with a 2.5v unloaded voltage reading. They recommend the replacement batteries, which arrived promptly and full charged. Fitting was straight forward and the new batteries refreshed all functionality of the scooter. Excellent pricing, supply and support - thoroughly recommended.

When I first ordered the batteries I ordered the wrong ones. I then phoned battery trader and asked if I could change for the right ones. They were very helpful and collected them and sent the right batteries very good customer service. thank you.

I had ordered the incorrect batteries but after calling them they agreed to replace and also footed half the return postage. Polite and friendly staff. The new replacements arrived today. Happy with the service received.

Purchased as replacement on my wife's mobility scooter, they are working well now thank you, far better than the old ones and much easier to fit than I imagined.

I needed two new batteries for an Eden Comet powerchair that I had purchased nearly new about 18 months ago. The battery didn't last very long before dying on me so I called my Lincoln branch of Eden Mobility to see if I could purchase replacement batteries from them but was told that they only dealt with chairs that had been sold by them. This left me with a big problem as I didn't know what type of batteries I required. I contacted Battery Trader who was very good and helped me find the correct battery and also helped me fit the new batteries. I gave them a 5-star rating but would have liked to give them more. An excellent company with a great customer service department.
