Replacement U-Drive and S-Drive battery pack, pair or 12-volt valve regulated sealed lead acid batteries for either of the Drive Medical Powerstroll user and attendant mobility wheelchairs.
The U-Drive and S-Drive Powerstroll may be fitted to self propelled wheelchairs to aid user or attendant carer controlled electronic mobility power chairs, this offer is for a pair of batteries to fit either of these models, they are valve regulated lead acid and absorbed glass mat, they will not leak even if laid on the side so ideal for a battery pack that may be thrown about in the back of a car while being transported, they are not-hazardous either so safe for travel on public transport and even airlines but you should of course check at point of booking your flight.

The batteries require no maintenance but that does not mean they do not require charging, we would recommend that you charge fully before first and after every use, it is better to keep them charged, but do not leave them on a charger 24/7, also if not being used for long periods then top up charge every 8-weeks.

We may also be able to offer this size battery in 15-amp hour versions but with the same physical size to slip straight in, this means it will last longer between charges meaning more miles with less strain on the battery capacity, if you are a very heavy user then we can also offer Lithium as a very superior long lasting replacement, the link to these alternatives will be further down the page
