The standard fit for the Pharmore Wizard and Wizard-2 is a pair of 12v 12ah batteries, you can easily check to see what you have fitted in the battery box, this is a light travel mobility scooter that breaks down into four parts for easy transportation, it will fit into the back of many vehicle car boots.
Fitting batteries is very easy, just roll the box over and undo the screws. Then roll it back and lift off the lid, just replace one battery at a time. We can also offer a upgrade from the 12's to 14's , this will allow for more miles for each charge. Possibly more importantly there will be more energy left in the battery before the nightly charge so it will last longer overall. We find that often people do not look after the batteries correctly and they go before they should do, our advise would be to charge before first use, charge after each and every use and if not using for long periods then charge every four to six weeks, the batteries are capable of taking many charges but do not like to be run all the way down so keep the charge in the battery pack and it will last considerably longer.
These are non-spillable batteries that are suitable for portable use, they are also not-hazardous so OK for use around the home.
