it may well take a few charges and use in your equipment for the battery to condition and be able to take a full capacity charge, this is quite normal, once you have used your electric vehicle then you should put it back on charge as soon as you can. do not leave it sitting in a semi discharged state for any longer than necessary, never try to deliberately discharge, this will only reduce overall life span, there may be extended periods where they are not being actively used, if so ensure they are charged first and then recharged every 4-weeks but do not leave on the charger for more than 24-hours at a time.
