When you get your order from us your new batteries will be almost fully charged but you will still need to complete the charge before first use, your charger will advise you when it has completed a charge, the light will change to indicate this, you may well be impatient just to fit and use the equipment but it's well worth waiting until its fully charged and will help extend overall life span

You may notice that it will take up to ten charges and associated use in your device before the batteries are capable of taking a few capacity charge, this is normal, you should charge your batteries as soon as you can after every use, do not leave them sitting in a semi discharged state, never try to deliberately discharge, this will only reduce overall life span, if you are not using them for long periods then recharge every four weeks but do not leave on the charger for more than 24-hours at a time
