Even though the batteries you receive from us will be almost fully charged you should still charge before first use, the charger will have lights on it indicating whether it is still charging or not, you only need to charge them until they are ready, you may well be impatient just to fit and use the equipment but it's well worth waiting until its fully charged and will help extend overall life span
it may well take a few charges and use in your equipment for the battery to condition and be able to take a full capacity charge, this is quite normal, charge your new batteries after each and every use, they are capable of many charges but this will be reduced if you run them down in-between, do not try to discharge the batteries fully, this can reduce life span quite drastically so cost you money in the long run, if there are long periods where you are not using the batteries you should recharge every four weeks and do not put them away discharged, even partially, do not leave on the charger for more than 24-hours at a time
