When you receive your order from us you will note that the batteries will be almost fully charged, but it is important to fully charge them before first use, while you only need to charge until the charger indicates that its finished it is very important and not a step you should overlook, while you may well be sorely tempted just to fit them and go without charging it's well worth waiting that short period to set them up in the right way before you start
It's not always apparent but it will take up to ten charges combined with use in your device before a full capacity charge can be achieved, this is the normal part of conditioning, after you have used your equipment you should get a charge back into it as soon as you are able, do not leave it sitting around in a partially discharged state for any longer than absolutely necessary, never go out of your way to deliberately discharge, this will only reduce overall life span, if there are extended periods where you are not using the batteries you should remember to recharge every four weeks and do not put them away discharged, even partially, do not leave on the charger for more than 24-hours at a time
