The Abilize Trident-XR is the big brother of the non-XR of the same name which is great mobility scooter, however with the XR model you get a larger battery and increased range to appeal to those looking to travel further. The standard batteries that come with the mobility scooter is a pair of non-hazardous, rechargeable, AGM batteries and thats exactly what is on offer here.

Although this is maintenance free battery they still need a healthy charging regime, this can be achieved by fully charging upon delivery and before first use but never for more than 24-hours. Also its best to get into the habit of charging after every use, leaving in a discharged state for any period will damage the ability of the battery over time. further if there is going to be a long period of time when not in use then recharge every 4-weeks.
