Eden Mobility produces a range of different excellent products within the mobility sector and they do it well. They offer specialized beds, stairlifts, living aids, walking aids and accessories for bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms all designed to make your life easier. They also offer power-chairs and mobility scooters and one of these is the Bootmaster. The Bootmaster and Bootmaster-Plus is their smallest mobility scooter that has a compact and stylish frame that can be split into two, then five pieces for easy lifting. This makes the Eden Bootmaster ideal for going shopping or packing into the boot of the car for day trips and vacations. The Eden Bootmaster is the ideal travel companion, with plenty of power for slopes or hills and a tight turning circle.

Maintenance of Bootmaster AGM batteries
Taking care of batteries is actually fairly simple although depending on who you ask you may find slightly different answers, If you follow these few simple rules then you should be fine. Firstly, it may require several full charges for it to be able to reach full capacity, this is completely normal. Secondly, upon receipt of your batteries charge until full before first use, this may two minutes, it may take two hours. Thirdly, charge your batteries after every use and never leave in a discharged state, this is where the most damage is done. Lastly, If they will be inactive for an extended period of time, charge it once a month to extend the life of the batteries.

Bootmaster Plus or Elite?
There is three versions of the Bootmaster available, the standard Bootmaster, the Bootmaster-Plus and the Bootmaster-Elite. This page is for the Bootmaster and Bootmaster-plus, both of which require the same batteries. This can be 12ah, 14ah or 10ah lithium, all of which is available as easy upgrades above. If you have the Elite version then please find a link for that on the alternatives tab as that requires phusically larger batteries.

Environmentally Friendly
Because these batteries are primarily made of lead, it is critical that when you are finished with them, they are directed to a location where they can be recycled and turned into something useful again, rather than ending up in a landfill and harming the environment. This also applies to your old batteries, and if you are unsure where to dispose of them, please contact your local council, who will be able to assist you.
