The Livewell Jaunt-Lite sometimes called the Shopper mobility scooter was praised by customers and received positive feedback upon release. The scooter's easy-split system allows it to be disassembled into five lightweight parts, making it ideal for taking on vacation, fitting into a car boot for trips to the supermarket, or storing around the house. It has height adjustable seat and angle adjustable tiller for comfort, on board charging system, freewheel release lever and more features you would expect from a leading manufacturer. It can travel up to four miles per hour and according to Livewell has a range of up to seven and a half miles when fully charged although there are alot of variables to this that may alter the outcome in the real world.

These AGM batteries are sealed, non-hazardous, and not-spillable. This means they are ideal for transportation, including airlines that accept them; however, you must notify them at the time of booking. Because they are primarily made of lead, they are also environmentally friendly and recyclable. Once these batteries have reached the end of their useful life, please recycle them at your local recycling centre.

Charging and maintenance tips Jaunt-Lite Shopper
Despite the fact that these batteries are AGM and require no maintenance, charging them is critical. The majority of the damage occurs when they are allowed to run flat, so please charge immediately upon delivery and before first use, though this should not take long as all of our batteries are dispatched with sufficient charge. If they go six weeks without being used, charge them to slow down the natural discharge rate.

The batteries are stored below the seat, underneath the rear cover and are very simple to replace. First of all you need to remove the seat by loosening the knob securing the seat to the seat post, taking off the seat followed by the plastic shroud. You will now see a pair of batteries, remove the battery pack by disconnecting the harness at the base of the scooter and then lifting up on the pack. Undo the straps, swap over the batteries and place your existing wires onto the new batteries. Put it all back together and place the pair of batteries back into the mobility scooter.
