The five batteries contained in this pack are sealed lead AGM and VRLA. They will not spill and require no maintenance, except charging.

These batteries have the screw or bolt-down terminals seen on many far east imports.

If you want to get the longest life from your new batteries, then you need to take care of them. Please ensure that you charge them when delivered and first use. They really should be recharged after every use, do not let them sit in a semi or fully-discharged state for any longer than absolutely necessary. The more energy you can leave in the cells at the end of a day's use, the longer they will last overall. If they are not used for long periods, recharge every six weeks. It will take up to ten uses and related full charges before they can maintain a full capacity charge. This is quite normal and part of the conditioning process that all rechargeable batteries endure.
