When the order is delivered to you the batteries will be almost fully charged, but you still need to charge them before first use, your charger will advise you when it has completed a charge, the light will change to indicate this, do not be impatient, wait until this first charge has finished before using the equipment, it will contribute to overall battery life.
It will probably take a few charges and use in your Alber E-FIX E26 before you are able to receive a full capacity charge in your batteries, this is quite a normal part of the conditioning process, once you have used your electric vehicle then you should put it back on charge as soon as you can, do not leave it sitting in a semi discharged state for any longer than necessary. Fully discharging your batteries will reduce their overall lifespan, and they will need to be replaced earlier. There may be extended periods when they are not being actively used; if so, ensure they are charged first, then recharged every 4 weeks, but do not leave them on the charger for more than 24 hours at a time.

The battery cells are constructed using absorbed glass mat technology, or more commonly known as AGM. They are also valve-regulated sealed lead acid or VRLA. This is the recommended type of battery for this installation, they will not leak if mounted on the side so safe to be used indoors without the fear of spillage and suitable for electric powered vehicles.
