This offer is for two 12v 12ah sealed batteries for the Prism-3 and Prism-4 mobility scooter battery box. we can also offer extended runtime 14ah batteries to directly replace these which means more miles per charge. more information on this will be found further down the page.
This offer is for a pair of batteries. they fit inside your battery box, simply undo the screws from underneath and you will see the batteries. it's just a matter of swapping them out, two cables on each battery. take a photo on your phone's camera just encase you are disturbed halfway through so you have a reference. probably wise to replace one battery at a time then you cant make a mistake. This offer is for batteries only.

Keep your new Prism-3 and Prism-4 mobility scooter battery pack fully charged. do not run down fully or put away discharged. in general use you should charge after every use. try not to use the final twenty Percent of charge if you can. following these simple rules will greatly extend the battery life.
It is important to fully charge your new battery pack before first use. and it is recommended that you charge the batteries every eight weeks if you are not using the scooter. of course, if you are using it daily then at the end of every day.
Absorbed glass mat, AGM technology.
These batteries are recyclable. when they have eventually reached the end of their useful life please ensure they are directed to a recycle centre for processing into another product. they have very high lead content and are ideal for this process.
Valve-regulated lead-acid batteries, they will not spill even if thrown about in the back of a car, they are not hazardous so suitable for public transport.

We may also be able to supply longer runtime 14ah batteries. this will mean more miles per charge or more capacity left in the cells at the end of a run which will mean it will last longer, in the long run, saving you money on a replacement, the link to these will be a little further down the page
